It’s got that classic raw Pu-erh character but with a unique twist that makes it stand out. I’ve been brewing it Gongfu style, and each cup is a little different, which keeps things interesting.    I’ve been drinking Pu-erh tea for years, and I have to say, this 2023 Spring Raw Pu-erh Tea Brick of Bing Dao is something special. The flavor is incredibly smooth with just the right amount of bitterness that mellows out into a sweet aftertaste. I love how the taste evolves over multiple brews—it’s like a journey in a cup. The brick itself is easy to break apart, and the leaves are of excellent quality. I’ve had some Pu-erh teas that are too earthy or strong, but this one is perfectly balanced.
