High Mountain Oolong Tea, revered as the “Saint of Teas,” is a premium product from the esteemed tea-growing regions of Nantou and Chiayi counties in Taiwan. Cultivated at elevations of 1,000 to 1,600 meters, these high-altitude plantations benefit from the year-round cool climate, which slows the growth of the tea plants. This extended growth period allows the leaves to develop a richer concentration of tea polyphenols and essential nutrients. Harvested mainly during the winter season, our High Mountain Oolong Tea undergoes a higher fermentation level of 30% to 40%, distinguishing it from other Taiwanese Oolongs.
